Adoption Information

A true multigeneration Australian Labradoodle puppy bred with love and care in our home. We work hard to place our puppies in the perfect environment where both the families and puppies are set up for success.

 

We purposely breed our puppies for temperament, health, and beautiful coats, and ensure they are loved, handled, socialized, stimulated, and nurtured in a family environment, to prepare the puppy for a loving home and a wonderful world.

 

All of our puppies have amazing temperaments; super sweet, playful, affectionate, engaging, silly, eager to please, and incredibly smart. They are socialized with people of all ages, as well as littermates and adults until 8 weeks of age, and then placed with their forever families.

Process

  • Once pregnancy is confirmed, we will contact deposited families from the Master Reservation List to determine interest in the available litter and provide your specific litter reservation number at that time.

  • A few days after your puppy is born, you will receive an email with details about the litter and puppy pick-up date to mark your calendar.

  • You will then receive email updates every 2 weeks.

  • Loads of information, photos, and videos will be available on the website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.

  • ​We welcome deposited families to visit with puppies prior to selection and pickup. We DO require appointments to be made in advance. For the health and welfare of our dogs and puppies, we are not open to the public.

  • Families select and take home their puppy at 8 weeks of age. Puppies will have had their evaluations, vet wellness visits, and first shots/dewormings. Appointments and selections are made in deposit order.

Puppy Pricing 

  • Lakeview Labradoodles provides pet puppies only. The cost of a Lakeview puppy is $3,200 plus 6.75% sales tax.

  • All puppies are sold under a spay/neuter contract. ​​

  • Once pregnancy is confirmed, we will contact you and provide information as to where you are on the particular litter reservation list and the next step in the adoption process. A $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to be placed on the Reservation List and will be applied to the total cost of the puppy.

Payment Timeline

  • Once your application is approved, a $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure a place on the Reservation List.

  • The remaining total balance of $2916.00 is due at puppy pick-up or selection if the puppy is flying with puppy transport. 

  • Final payment can be made by cashier's check or Zelle.

We do everything we can to set you and your puppy up for a great beginning and provide the following items:

 

  • Veterinary health exam and vaccination record

  • Preventative de-worming and first vaccinations

  • Microchip (lifetime)

  • 2-year genetic health warranty

  • Social and early neural stimulation 

  • Temperament testing

  • Copy of contract and health warranty

  • A lifetime of SUPPORT for you and your dog

Reservation List

 

To best handle the number of inquiries, please complete an application.

​

To be placed on the Reservation List, an approved application and a $500 non-refundable reservation fee are required. The fee will be applied to the total cost of the puppy.
